If you have sex there is always a chance for pregnancy. Many women assume if they are using contraception they can't become pregnant, however contraception is not 100 percent effective and there is still a chance for pregnancy.
Pregnancy Symptoms

Food Aversions

Abdominal Bleeding
Early Pregnancy may be accompanied by internal abdominal bleeding and pain in some women.

As your growing uterus puts pressure on your bladder, you may find your self needing more trips to the restroom than usual.
Pregnancy Test
Fatigue

Early pregnancy can cause you to feel more tired. You may need to sleep longer at night or take naps during the day.

Sore Breast
​
During early pregnancy, your breast may feel fuller and heavier, and your areoles may become darker.
Light Bleeding or Spotting
​
Some women experience light spotting and even mild cramps about 1-2 weeks after conception.
Nausea
Also called "morning sickness" can actually happen any time of the day and usually appears about a month after conception.
High Basal Body
Temperature

​If your body temperature stays elevated for more than two weeks, it could be a sign of early pregnancy.
